You'll prepare and sample a variety of century-old recipes using traditional baking techniques and equipment. Featured specialties such as apricot dumplings, dampfnudeln (steamed yeast dumplings with poppy seed butter), vanillekipferl (vanilla crescent cookies), palatschinken (sweet crêpes), Salzburger nockerl (Austrian dumplings), and easther hazyschnitten (almond meringue filled with French buttercream) make the ideal accompaniment to a cup of coffee or a memorable ending to a special meal.
