In this hands-on course, you'll learn everything you need to know about making your own fresh pasta and sauce. You'll discover how to prepare, knead, roll, and stuff a selection of basic and specialty pastas. As you explore the various shapes and sizes of plain and filled pasta, you will also learn to make savory sauces that complement the texture and flavor of these different pasta shapes, including bolognese and puttanesca. With these newfound skills, you'll be creating your own signature pasta dishes before you can say al dente! ending to a special meal.
