Join us for this hands-on exploration of European bread making and learn how simple and rewarding it can be to make a variety of artisan breads in your kitchen at home. We'll get right to work and practice the basics of bread, including proper mixing and gluten development, the 12 steps of bread making, and learning the difference between various types of flour and yeast. You and other bread lovers will produce a selection of European breads, from crunchy baguettes and hearty multi-grain bread to buttery brioche and delicate gugelhopf.
