During the two-hour Cooking at Home demo you will not only learn new techniques, you'll sample each of the delicious items prepared. In this informational demo, featuring the CIA’s tried-and-true cooking techniques, you’ll learn to prepare a variety of satisfying dishes, including French Lentil Soup; Chicken Thighs with Duxelles Stuffing; Brown Butter Spätzle; Escarole with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Rice Pudding; Forest Mushroom Strudel; Chicken Paillards with Orange-Thyme Butter; Gnocchi with Herbs and Butter; and French-Style Peas. In addition, you'll receive a copy of Cooking at Home to take with you.
