During the two-hour Hors d’Oeuvre demo you will not only learn new techniques, you'll sample each of the delicious items prepared. From dips and skewers to bite-sized treats, hors d’oeuvre offer a variety of options for entertaining. Join us to discover tips and techniques for creating an enticing assortment of small bites. Samples include chili-roasted peanuts with dried cherries, spicy white bean and avocado dip, goat’s milk cheese canapés with sweet peppers, spanakopita, and sushi. In addition, you'll receive a copy of Hors d'Oeuvre at Home to take with you.
