Discover simple techniques and flavorful recipes for preparing a variety of savory one-dish meals. You’ll be served a sampling of the following recipes: A Really Big Chili; Orecchiette with Peas, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Ham, and Pecorino; Garden-Style Quinoa Pilaf; Spinach and Jack Cheese Quesadilla; Monkfish Stew with Wine, Peppers, and Almonds; Pasta Quattro Formaggi; Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage and Vietnamese Salad Rolls.
