Cory Bernat

Cory Bernat is a graphic designer, historian, and curator exploring visual culture and its relationship to food culture. In addition to her recent essay in Gastronomica, she has written about food in the museum setting, focusing on the Mitsitam Native Foods Café at the National Museum of the American Indian. Currently she is curating an exhibit of food and agriculture posters from World Wars I and II at the National Agriculture Library near Washington, D.C. She can be reached at 1goodpotato@gmail.com.
