Payment, Refund, and Ticket Transferal Policies
To register for any class or event at Astor Center, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Two weeks cancellation
notice is required for a refund (excludes gift certificates); a transaction fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund for each cancelled
ticket.
There are no refunds for cancellations occurring less than two weeks prior to the class or event start date.
Tickets are transferable. A person attending a class or event in your place should be provided your email confirmation as proof of your
transfer. The individual may be required to show personal identification at the time of registration.
Gift certificates are not refundable but may be transferred to another person.
Cancellation and Other Policies
Circumstances may at times require Astor Center to cancel classes or events. In case of cancellation, all attendees will be notified
and a full refund will be given. Individuals traveling to Astor Center from outside the New York metropolitan area should confirm their
class/event registration(s) before finalizing travel arrangements.
In order to minimize class interruptions, Astor Center maintains the right to deny late entrance to certain events.
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us and for modifying your information in our
database.Modifying your personal information can be done through the "My Account" portion of our website. To unsubscribe follow the unsubscribe link in any email you receive.
